Organizational Intervention
Strategic Vision has completed more than 50 organizational interventions
in which they developed effective assessment procedures and organizational
and cultural programs for change. Their clients have included American
Airlines, BYU Law School, Ernst & Young, KPMG, Procter & Gamble,
UCSD and the DoD. Strategic Vision's work in organization have resulted
in effective communication, enhanced program performance, and positive
financial success.
In additional to positive cultural and organizational change,
Strategic Vision has also effectively transformed political
organizations with constructive and deconstructive procedures.
Work has been done on behalf of 10 Downing Street and the Prime
Minister, the European Parliament, the Queen of England as
well as Pope John Paul II, transforming party structures and
governmental systems in Italy, Russia, Scotland, Taiwan, and
Wales. The work in Russia is still ongoing having been initiated
in 1985 and the transformation of the Communist Party and USSR
to the construction of politically stronger parties in Russia
today.
Dr. Darrel Edwards, J. Susan Johnson, and Sharon Shedroff have
lead the work for over 30 years. New members of the team, Chris
Chaney and Alexander Edwards, enhance the teams breadth. With
clinical psychology, anthropology, and research skills, the
team directly creates positive change and measures the effectiveness
of the programs. Measurement is used diagnostically to improve
programs instead of just being a report card.
Strategic Vision's effective interventions in organizations
is paralleled by their effectiveness in creating positive change
within the automotive industry.
