This Privacy Policy applies to the Strategic Vision web site ("Site"), accessible from www.strategicvision.com. This notice describes only our online information collection and use practices at this Site, it does not apply to information we collect and use about you elsewhere, including survey sites, in email correspondences, or over the phone.

This privacy policy is effective as of March 25, 2009. In the future, our Site may change, and if appropriate, we will revise this Privacy Policy and post the updated version here. If we alter our practices in a manner that will impact the treatment of information you have already provided, we will send you a notice of our new practices. If you do not agree with the privacy practices in this Privacy Policy, you should not provide us with information.

Information Collection and Use: Strategic Vision allows site visitors to sign up for a newsletter, and to contact various members of Strategic Vision through e-mail address links in the Contact section. Your e-mail address will, of course, appear on any e-mail messages you send us. You are free to provide us with any information you deem appropriate in your e-mail message. Strategic Vision will not share any information you provide to us through the Site with any third-party groups, unless required by law in order to cooperate in any legitimate investigations.

Strategic Vision does not collect any other personally identifiable information through the Site. The Site does use passive tracking technologies for site maintenance and development, including logging the number of visitors to the Site and areas visited by those visitors. The Site may also employ "cookies" or similar technologies to provide additional functionality to the Site and help analyze Site usage more accurately.

Online Surveys: At this time, Strategic Vision does not conduct online surveys on the Site. Any information you provide to Strategic Vision through surveys hosted on other partners sites will be treated in accordance with the CASRO Code of Standards and Ethics for Survey Research, available at http://www.casro.org/codeofstandards.cfm.

Although survey data is not collected through the Site, Strategic Vision would like to reassure both Site visitors and survey respondents that it will not report data for individual respondents or share personally identifiable information with any of its clients or any third-party groups. All survey data is reported in aggregate.

Survey Opt-Out Policy: If you received an e-mail invitation to participate in a Strategic Vision survey, that invitation letter also includes a link to opt-out from that study. Strategic Vision regularly collects those opt-out requests from its various survey partners and maintains an opt-out database against which all future survey mailings are checked. If you would like to opt-out of future Strategic Vision surveys and no longer have your original survey invitation, you may send an opt-out request via e-mail to invitation@mailer.strategicvision.com.
