Strategic Vision Annual Survey Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The Strategic Vision Annual Strategic Vision Survey Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are 18 years of age or older as of January 1, 2026. Employees, officers, and directors of Strategic Vision, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, website providers, and webmasters, as well as members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses, regardless of residence) and those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 AM ET on January 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2026. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.

3. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

Complete and return a qualifying survey from Strategic Vision; OR
Mail a PLAIN WHITE 4 x 6 inch postcard including your name, address, phone number, email address, and the make, model, and year of your primary vehicle to:

Postcards must meet the size and paper requirements and include all requested personal data to qualify. No mass entries or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. A maximum of four entries per household will be accepted. Additional entries will disqualify the entrant.

All entries become the exclusive property of Strategic Vision (“Sponsor”) and will not be returned or acknowledged. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding.

4. Award Selection

Prizes (“Awards”) will be determined by random drawing only, regardless of entry method. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2026, to be eligible. Limit one (1) award per household.
The drawing will be held on January 27, 2027, and prizes will be awarded upon verification that recipients meet all requirements under these Official Rules.

5. How to Claim Awards

Potential winners will be notified by mail and must confirm eligibility by following the instructions in the notification letter no later than March 13, 2027. Awards will be forfeited if the winner fails to respond or provide proof of eligibility by this deadline.

Awards will be distributed within 8 to 10 weeks after March 13, 2027. Awards remaining unclaimed as of the close of business on March 13, 2027, will be forfeited.

6. Awards and Odds

$10,000 (1 winner): One (1) eligible entrant will receive a check for $10,000.
$500 (2 winners): Two (2) eligible entrants will each receive a check for $500.
$250 (10 winners): Ten (10) eligible entrants will each receive a check for $250.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Restrictions

Federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of winners. No more than the advertised number of Awards will be awarded. If, due to error, more Awards are claimed than stated, a random drawing will be held among all eligible claimants to award the correct number of prizes.

8. General Conditions

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the entrant resides. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for:

Entries received after the deadline, lost, damaged, incomplete, or ineligible entries;
Transmission defaults, server failures, or delayed responses;
Prize claims or notifications not received due to technical or human error;
Malfunctions of telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, or Internet systems;
Typographical, printing, or other errors.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree that Strategic Vision and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, contractors, and agents (“Released Parties”) shall be held harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of any Award.

Sponsor and the Released Parties are not responsible if an Award cannot be awarded or is delayed due to acts of God, war, natural disasters, weather, or terrorism. Entrants agree that Sponsor and the Released Parties are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from participation in the Sweepstakes.

10. Winners List and Official Rules

For a Winners List, visit www.strategicvision.com between April 16, 2027, and April 30, 2027. Winners’ names will not be posted until they have been notified and have accepted their Award. For a copy of these Official Rules, visit www.strategicvision.com on or after January 1, 2026.
