Did you get a survey?

If you have received a multi-page paper survey for the New Vehicle Experience Study and would rather participate online, please send an e-mail to the address listed in the cover letter that came with your survey. Be sure to include the following information:

  • The first and last name of the person the survey was mailed to.

  • The survey ID code which appears on the first page of the paper survey.

  • The make and model of vehicle you purchased.

If you have received a paper invitation which includes a web address to take the New Vehicle Experience Study online:

  • Please be sure to keep your survey invitation letter to enter the requested codes.


We give out the following prizes among those who complete the New Vehicle Experience Study (NVES), or other qualifying studies. Anyone who participates in NVES or another qualifying survey can enter into the drawing to win!

  • One First Prize – $10,000

  • Two Second Prizes – $500

  • Ten Third Prizes – $250

In addition to the sweepstakes prizes, Strategic Vision donates a separate $10,000 amount to national charity organizations. Those who participate in the survey can select the charity that they would like a portion of the $10,000 to go to. Charities that garner at least 1% of the vote are eligible to receive a portion of the donation. If you take the survey, just mark your favorite national charity from those listed on the questionnaire!
