These Official Rules supersede any prior version distributed or communicated. In the event of any discrepancy between these Official Rules and any earlier version, these Official Rules shall govern.

1. Sponsor

 

The Driver’s Seat Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Strategic Vision, with its principal place of business at 4995 Murphy Canyon Rd., Suite 302, San Diego, CA 92123 (the “Sponsor”).

 

2. Eligibility

 

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other individuals or entities involved in the development, administration, or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

 

3. Sweepstakes Period; Daily Entry Periods

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on May 6, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on May 9, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period consists of four (4) separate, consecutive 24-hour daily entry periods: May 6, May 7, May 8, and May 9, 2026, each beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. PT and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (each, a “Daily Entry Period”).

 

4. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)

 

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes using one of the following methods:  

 

Method 1 – Survey Completion (Primary Method): Eligible individuals who receive an email invitation may enter by completing the survey associated with their unique survey link during the applicable Daily Entry Period. Entrants who complete the survey on the same calendar day they receive their invitation will be entered into the drawing conducted on the following day.  

 

Method 2 – Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Eligible individuals who do not receive a survey invitation, or who prefer not to complete the survey, may enter without purchase by visiting https://svi.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_4VdxCKHiO1gkYwC and completing the digital entry form during the applicable Daily Entry Period. The AMOE link is also available upon request by emailing surveys@strategicvision.com. To submit a valid AMOE entry, the entrant must provide the following information: legal name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and the make, model, and year of their primary vehicle. Providing this information does not confer any advantage or disadvantage in the selection of winners. Any make, model, and year of vehicle constitutes a valid response to that field. AMOE entries submitted on a given day will be entered into the drawing conducted on the following day, consistent with the survey entry schedule.  Limit one (1) entry per person per Daily Entry Period, regardless of method. Entrants who submit both a survey completion entry and an AMOE entry on the same day will be disqualified. Multiple entries via any combination of methods will result in disqualification of all entries associated with that individual. Mechanically reproduced, automated, or bulk entries are void.

 

Limit one (1) entry per person per Daily Entry Period, regardless of the number of invitations received or email addresses used. Entries will be included only in the drawing for the Daily Entry Period in which the survey is completed and will not roll over into any subsequent drawings.

 

5. Prizes

 

For each Daily Entry Period during the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) prize will be awarded. Each prize consists of a payment of $1,000 (the “Prize”). Payment will be made to the confirmed winner on the business day following the day on which the winner is selected, in the form of an electronic gift card as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

 

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize: $1,000. Total ARV of all Prizes offered during the Sweepstakes Period: $4,000. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of any Prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

 

6. Winner Selection; Random Drawing

 

For each Daily Entry Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that Daily Entry Period. Entrants who complete the survey on the same calendar day they receive their invitation will be entered into the drawing conducted on the following day. Specifically, surveys completed on May 6 will be drawn on May 7; surveys completed on May 7 will be drawn on May 8; surveys completed on May 8 will be drawn on May 9; and surveys completed on May 9 will be drawn on May 10, 2026. All drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee. The odds of winning a Prize for a given Daily Entry Period depend on the total number of eligible completed surveys received during that 24-hour Daily Entry Period.

 

7. Winner Notification and Prize Payment

 

Potential winners will be notified by email at the email address associated with their survey participation on the day of the applicable drawing or as soon thereafter as practicable. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to respond within the time specified by Sponsor, the Prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries for that Daily Entry Period. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes received. The value of the prize constitutes taxable income to the winner regardless of whether a Form 1099-MISC is issued.

 

Prize payment will be made on the business day following the day on which the winner is selected, or as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable.

 

8. General Conditions

 

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor, and to award the applicable Prize from among eligible entries received prior to cancellation, if any. The total ARV of all Prizes offered in this Sweepstakes does not exceed $5,000; accordingly, this Sweepstakes is not subject to the registration and bonding requirements applicable to sweepstakes conducted in the State of New York or the State of Florida.

 

Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws; should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

 

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of any Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or email; for any technical problems; or for any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by participation in the Sweepstakes.

 

10. Privacy

 

Information collected from entrants in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.strategicvision.com/privacy. Survey responses may be used for research and reporting purposes and may be shared in aggregate or anonymized form with third parties.

 

11. Sponsor’s Relationship to Industry Participants

 

Automotive manufacturers and other industry participants who license access to the study data are not sponsors of, or responsible for, this Sweepstakes and have no involvement in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the selection of winners, or the awarding of Prizes.

 

12. Governing Law; Disputes

 

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
