These Official Rules supersede any prior version distributed or communicated. In the event of any discrepancy between these Official Rules and any earlier version, these Official Rules shall govern.

 

1. Sponsor

 

The Mile Marker Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Strategic Vision, with its principal place of business at 4995 Murphy Canyon Rd., Suite 302, San Diego, CA 92123 (the “Sponsor”).

 

2. Sweepstakes Period

 

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on April 29, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on May 18, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period are void.

 

3. Eligibility

 

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

 

4. How to Enter

 

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes using one of the following methods:

 

Method 1 – Survey Completion (Primary Method): Eligible individuals who receive an email invitation may enter by completing the survey associated with their unique survey link during the Sweepstakes Period. Upon timely completion and submission of the survey, the respondent will receive one (1) entry into the drawing.

 

Method 2 – Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Eligible individuals who do not receive a survey invitation, or who prefer not to complete the survey, may enter without purchase by visiting https://svi.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3eDB9f84bkfIqCG and completing the digital entry form during the Sweepstakes Period. The AMOE link is also available upon request by emailing surveys@strategicvision.com. To submit a valid AMOE entry, the entrant must provide the following information: legal name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and the make, model, and year of their primary vehicle. Providing this information does not confer any advantage or disadvantage in the selection of winners. Any make, model, and year of vehicle constitutes a valid response to that field.

 

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method. Entrants who submit both a survey completion entry and an AMOE entry will be disqualified. Multiple entries via any combination of methods will result in disqualification of all entries associated with that individual. Mechanically reproduced, automated, or bulk entries are void.

 

5. Drawing

 

One (1) winner for each prize tier will be selected in a single random drawing conducted on or about May 19, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

 

6. Prizes

 

Eighteen (18) winners will be selected. The prize structure is as follows:

• One (1) winner of a $1,000 gift card (ARV: $1,000)

• Two (2) winners of a $500 gift card each (ARV: $1,000)

• Five (5) winners of a $300 gift card each (ARV: $1,500)

• Ten (10) winners of a $100 gift card each (ARV: $1,000)

Total approximate retail value (ARV) of all prizes: $4,500. Gift cards are issued electronically by Sponsor or its designated partner. No cash equivalent or prize substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. Automotive manufacturers are not involved in the drawing process or prize fulfillment.

 

7. Winner Notification and Prize Payment

 

Potential winners will be notified by email at the email address associated with their entry on the day of the drawing or as soon thereafter as practicable. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to respond within the time specified by Sponsor, the Prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes received. The value of the prize constitutes taxable income to the winner regardless of whether a Form 1099-MISC is issued.

 

8. General Conditions

 

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor, and to award the applicable prizes from among eligible entries received prior to cancellation, if any. The total ARV of all prizes offered in this Sweepstakes does not exceed $5,000; accordingly, this Sweepstakes is not subject to the registration and bonding requirements applicable to sweepstakes conducted in the State of New York or the State of Florida.

 

9. Limitations of Liability

 

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized human intervention; printing, typographical, or other errors appearing in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or any combination thereof. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

 

10. Privacy

 

Information collected from entrants in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.strategicvision.com/privacy. Survey responses and AMOE entry information may be used for research and reporting purposes and may be shared in aggregate or anonymized form with third parties.

 

11. Governing Law

 

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
